This company has been amazing from day one! Jessica and Andrew were so good to us! I reached out early Monday morning inquiring about service and they came to measure the area mid day and had us on schedule the same week. Their communication is great and their work is amazing! We are a snow removal company and have issues with salt stains and flooding from snow. A Personal Touch did an amazing job cleaning the area. Pictures are attached! Highly recommend this company! My hot water heater spewed 40 gallons of water on the utility room laminate floor. After the hot water heater was replaced, I realized the floor was warping at the seams. Andrew came out to check the water damage, and determine if there was any mold. I never even considered mold in my home. Unfortunately, the floor needed to be replaced and there was, in fact, mold which he showed me. He and his partner pulled up all the flooring and put it in his truck to be disposed of. He treated the floor with an antimicrobial agent, and brought in a dehumidifier, and an air mover to let run for 3 days. Andrew and his partner were prompt, personable and professional. Andrew explained the process from start to finish, and made me feel comfortable with the process...even after I was told there was mold in my 5 year old home. I highly recommend APT. Read Less
