A Personal Touch was amazing to work with! We had a lot of stains from our dog on our carpet and our carpet looks so nice & clean now and back to how it was. They have phenomenal communication and were able to work with us when we had to reschedule a couple of times! Greg let us know when they were on their way and were very friendly while at our home. We had a great experience hiring APT to clean our ducts and carpets. They did it during the same visit! Jessica was very patient and friendly while answering all of my endless questions. Andrew and his team member Romero were punctual, professional, and considerate of our home while they worked. We couldn't believe what came out of our ducts! They also talked us through the carpet cleaning process before they did it, as well as other services they offer that they thought our home might need--NOT in a sales sort of way, but in a way that showed us they really care about their clients.
